The service

FitPay is a web application from ByteeCraft Studios that helps gyms and classes (“partners”) record membership and student fees, balances, renewals and receipts. Partner access is by invitation: ByteeCraft Studios sets up each business and issues its Partner login.

FitPay subscription

Partners pay ByteeCraft Studios for FitPay on a Monthly (₹599), Quarterly (₹1,797) or Yearly (₹7,188) plan, or the price agreed in writing when onboarding. Invoices show the period covered. If a subscription stays unpaid after its due date and grace period, the account may be paused until it is paid; records are kept safe while paused.

Partner responsibilities

  • Enter accurate information and add members’ or students’ details only with their consent (a parent’s or guardian’s for anyone under 18).
  • Keep your login ID and password private and change a password you think others know. You are responsible for activity under your login.
  • Use FitPay only for lawful fee records of your own business, and not to send spam or unwanted messages.

Money and receipts

FitPay records payments that partners receive; it does not collect, hold or transfer money. UPI payment links pay the partner directly, and the partner confirms and records each payment. Receipts are computer-generated from the partner’s entries. A payment entered by mistake is cancelled with a reason, not deleted, so receipt numbers stay continuous.

Your data

Partners own their business and member records. You can download a full copy at any time from Settings. How personal data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep FitPay available, secure and backed up nightly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; important changes are announced inside the Partner Console before they take effect.

Ending the service

Partners may stop at any time by telling us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid. After an account closes you can ask for a copy of your data, and it is deleted within 30 days of your request.

Liability

FitPay is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, ByteeCraft Studios is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the FitPay fees the partner paid in the three months before the claim.
