Book a demo with your name, business type, city and phone number. Your request reaches ByteeCraft Studios so we can follow up and arrange a walkthrough. You can also contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp.

Explore your daily workflow
Try the sample Partner Console or walk through it with us. See how adding a member, recording a payment, sharing a receipt and checking outstanding fees will work for your gym or class.

Get your Partner login
When you are ready, we create your business account and issue a private login ID and password. We confirm your FitPay subscription and help you get started with your business details and fee plans.

Set up members and fees
Add each member or student with their phone number, joining date and plan. Choose monthly, quarterly or annual fees, set your grace days, and check that your receipt details are correct.

Record collections and share receipts
After receiving a payment, record the amount, method and membership period. FitPay assigns a receipt number and updates the balance. Open the prepared WhatsApp confirmation, review it and press Send.

Check upcoming renewals, unpaid balances and expired periods from the console. Use reports to review collections, export your records, and raise a support request when you need help.

Keep one record for each person
Find members or students by their details, review their plan and joining date, and keep notes alongside their payment history. The console uses member or student wording to suit your business.
Record the money you receive
Accept payment through your usual cash, UPI, card or bank transfer process. Enter the payment in FitPay with its date and method. FitPay keeps the record; it does not charge a card or automatically confirm a bank transfer.
Handle full and partial payments
Record a full fee or part payment, including any discount. FitPay shows the remaining balance for that period, so you can follow up and record the next instalment against the same membership cycle.
Share a clear payment confirmation
Each payment has a numbered receipt with your business details, amount, period and balance. Print it or open WhatsApp with a prepared message and an official receipt link. You review and send the message from your WhatsApp account.
Follow up on renewals
Review who is due soon, unpaid or overdue, with statuses calculated from recorded payments, membership periods and your grace-day setting. Open a prepared WhatsApp reminder when you want to follow up.
Close the day with clear totals
Review collections by day or month, payment method and plan. Export CSV reports for your records or accountant, and download a JSON backup of your business settings, members and payments from Settings.
A simple example
A ₹1,000 fee, paid in two instalments.
A student pays ₹600 towards their current period. Record ₹600 and FitPay shows a ₹400 balance. When the remaining ₹400 arrives, record it against the same period. The total paid becomes ₹1,000 and the period is fully paid. Each payment has its own receipt.

Questions owners ask
Who is FitPay for?
FitPay supports gyms, fitness studios, dance academies, skating classes, music and singing classes, yoga studios and martial-arts schools. It is designed for businesses collecting recurring member or student fees.
What happens after I request a demo?
Your request is saved for the ByteeCraft Studios team. We use the phone number you provide to follow up and arrange a walkthrough. You can also explore the sample console immediately, without a login.
How do I get access?
ByteeCraft Studios creates your business account and issues your Partner login. There is no public account registration. Once signed in, change your password in Settings and review your business details before recording payments.
How much does FitPay cost?
Contact ByteeCraft Studios to confirm your subscription price, billing period and any trial before onboarding. Your FitPay subscription is separate from the membership or class fees you charge your customers.
Which membership plans can I use?
Monthly, quarterly and annual plans are supported. Quarterly and annual fees start from your monthly fee multiplied by three and twelve. You can edit them to offer your own plan pricing. Existing payments retain the fee recorded when they were created.
Does FitPay collect money automatically?
You receive money through your usual payment methods and record it in FitPay. Selecting UPI, card or bank transfer records the method; it does not initiate or verify a transaction with your bank.
Can I record part payments and discounts?
Yes. Record the amount received and any discount for the membership period. FitPay tracks the remaining balance and additional payments for that cycle.
Are WhatsApp receipts and reminders sent automatically?
Partner receipt and reminder buttons open WhatsApp with a prepared message. Review the details and press Send in WhatsApp. An internet connection and access to your WhatsApp account are needed.
What does the official receipt link show?
The link opens the saved payment receipt, including its amount, membership period and receipt number. Changing the text of a WhatsApp message does not change the saved receipt. Anyone you share the receipt link with can view it, so share it with the intended recipient.
Can another business see my records?
Partner access is restricted to its own business records. ByteeCraft uses a separate Studio Console for partner onboarding, subscriptions and support. Receipt links are shareable separately, and support messages are visible to the team handling your request.
Can I correct a payment?
Saved payments cannot be edited. A correction requires deleting the incorrect record and recording the correct payment. Check the member, amount and period before saving, and share the corrected receipt when needed.
Can I use FitPay on my phone?
Yes. Open FitPay in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. No app installation is required. Use an internet connection to load and save your live business records.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export collection and payment reports as CSV files. Settings also includes a downloadable JSON backup containing your business settings, member records and payments.
How do I get help or renew my FitPay subscription?
Use the support area in your Partner Console to raise a request and follow the conversation, or contact ByteeCraft Studios by phone or email. We handle account access and FitPay subscription questions. Keep your subscription current; overdue subscriptions may lead to suspended access.
