Start with your membership fees
Set the monthly, quarterly and annual fees your gym charges. Quarterly and annual prices can be adjusted for your own discounts. Keep your business name, address and phone number up to date so they appear correctly on payment receipts.
Keep each member’s payment history together
Add the member’s name, phone, joining date and plan. Their record brings together payments, the latest receipt, next due date and balance. Review these details before collecting a renewal, especially when a member still has an unpaid amount.
Record a collection after receiving payment
Choose cash, UPI, card or bank transfer and enter the amount received. FitPay records your transaction; it does not debit the customer or verify the bank payment. Check your cash or payment account first, then save the correct member and membership period.
Follow instalments through to completion
If a ₹1,500 membership is paid as ₹1,000 followed by ₹500, record both payments against the same period. FitPay tracks the balance after the first payment and the total once the second arrives. Any discount should be recorded accurately for that cycle.
Share receipts and follow up on dues
Open the saved receipt to print it or prepare a WhatsApp confirmation. Review the message and press Send in WhatsApp. Use the pending-payment view for follow-up, and review the member’s period and balance before sending a prepared reminder.
Review the business at the end of the day
Check daily and monthly collection totals, payment-method splits and outstanding amounts. Export CSV reports for reconciliation. You can download a JSON backup of your settings, members and payments, and contact the support team through the Partner Console.
