How the fee workflow works
Your team receives the payment and records it. FitPay brings the balances, receipt details and renewal dates together.
Choose a fee period that matches your offering
Set monthly, quarterly or annual fees for your classes. Review your own prices and any longer-term discount before saving. The console focuses on recurring fee records; class timetables, attendance and per-session booking are not part of this workflow.
Record the amount actually received
After a cash, UPI, card or bank transfer payment, select the student and record the amount and period. Include a discount when appropriate. A partial payment leaves a visible balance that you can review before recording the next instalment.
Give the payer a clear receipt
Each saved payment has a receipt number, amount and membership period. Check that the contact number belongs to the intended recipient before opening WhatsApp. Review the prepared confirmation and share the official receipt link with the student or parent.
Make renewal follow-up part of your routine
Review due dates, expired periods and outstanding balances from the console. The status follows recorded payments and your grace-day setting. You choose when to open and send a WhatsApp reminder; customer messages are not automatically sent in the background.
