How the fee workflow works
Your team receives the payment and records it. FitPay brings the balances, receipt details and renewal dates together.
Monthly fees and exam fees, kept apart
The monthly class fee renews on its own cycle. Exam registration, books or instrument hire are recorded as one-time charges with their own receipts.
Advance payments become credit
If a parent pays more than the fee due, the extra is kept as credit and used automatically on the next renewal.
Private page for each student
Turn on a private link where a student or parent can see their dues, receipts and next due date, and pay by UPI, without a login.
Late fees only if you want them
After your grace days, add a fixed late fee or a daily one with a cap, or leave late fees off. FitPay works out the amount for you.
Close the day with the right cash
Count the cash at closing time and FitPay compares it with what was recorded. Statements for any student can be downloaded as a PDF.
